Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

There are times in all of our lives when we are tired. We all get to the point of burnout or exhaustion where we just feel like we can’t go on anymore. It’s hard to figure out how to keep moving forward in those times.
With God, there is always strength to be had. Even if you feel like you can’t take another step, the Lord’s strength is waiting for you when you call upon His Name. When you wait upon the LORD and trust Him for all things in your life, your strength will never fail. You may feel physically weak or tired, but spiritually, you will be made alive day by day.
As you start a new year, remember this truth. You may be tired from the year that has passed, but God’s strength is new for you as you walk into a fresh year. Lean upon His strength in this time and spend time with Him, hearing what He has to say about the year ahead. With God, you will not grow weary. Instead, you will run into what He has called you to do and accomplish it.
