Bebe's interpretation
As a believer living in this world, you will undoubtedly experience unpleasant situations and challenges that will hurt you. This is the reality of life. We live in an imperfect world. Even Jesus confirmed that we would pass through tribulation as long as we are in this world (John 16:33). What makes you different from the people of the world, however, is that you do not crash under the burden of life. The pressure you encounter does not overwhelm you because God is with you.
God promises you in Isaiah 43:2 that He will be with you through deep waters. He will not let the rivers of difficulty drown you nor let the fire of oppression consume you. God's right hand, which is mighty to save and deliver, will uphold you so that you do not drown in the waters of life nor burn in the heat of your trials. His hand will protect you from the attack and temptations of the enemy so that you will not fall but triumph and become refined and ready for the next level of your life.
Jesus is your burden lifter. Trust Him, and He will help you.
