Psalms 62:8
Psalms 62:8
Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
How difficult life can get. How terrible hard times can become. It seems almost impossible to come out of the dark clouds on some days. On other days, you don’t even remember the possibility of having a better day. Yet, in all these things, through all these challenges, God is a refuge for those who seek Him. When you can afford to trust God at all times, you have found the key to repetitive victory. And that doesn’t mean it’s easy to do or that when you trust God, then all of a sudden, things fall into place within the next 24 hours. If that's the case, it would have made it easy for everybody to trust God, right? Because we don’t know for certain when God will come through, it's challenging for us to put our full trust in God. But one thing we know for sure is that He is a perpetually unfailing safety, a tower of defense for those who come to Him. Have you learned to pour out your heart before God and tell Him exactly how you feel when the issues of life are eating you up? You must learn to treat God as a friend who cares to hear what you have to say. Don’t go down the tough paths of life as a one-man commando battling all the opposition alone. God wants to help you and carry you through in safety. Therefore, we must learn the sacred art of trusting God. We must also be open enough to pour our hearts before Him and just let Him do what must be done. For in the Lord is the place of covering from the diverse assault of arrows that consistently fly against us.
John 13:7
Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
Psalms 37:7
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
Jeremiah 17:7
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
Psalm 56:11
In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.
