Bebe's interpretation
Our world is filled with men without the knowledge of God. This lack of knowledge gives them the liberty to act contrary to the laws of God and commit terrible sins. Their consciences are darkened, and so they don't seem to know the difference between good and evil. They are concerned about pleasing themselves and satisfying their selfish desires.
We seem to be losing our sense of morality. Immorality and sensuality have become the new order. Music, clothing, movies, musical videos, and adverts all promote it. Vices that were considered degrading and immoral are becoming acceptable. People practice evil and are not remorseful. As long as they remain in their sin, the wrath of God rests imminently upon them, irrespective of their reputation or what they have acquired.
As believers, we are to influence the world's culture with that of the kingdom. We must not be carried away by the dividends of sin or compromise our faith in God. We should not be caught up in the deceitfulness of sin nor take it lightly. Instead, we should flee evil.
