Philippians 4:19
Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Have you ever found unexpected help arriving just when you thought all was lost? Such moments remind us that we are never truly alone, especially in our darkest hours. This sentiment echoes in the story of the Philippians and Paul. The Philippians generously provided Paul with financial support and sent him gifts while he was in prison. In his conclusion of thanks to the Philippians, Paul encouraged them with the confidence that God would meet their needs through their sacrifice and generosity. When we gift others, we are investing in the account we have with God, who, as our Banker, will add interest to our accounts. We are assured that God will repay the generous according to His abundant wealth because He is pleased when we use the resource He provided for His purpose. Not only can we trust God will always meet our physical needs, but we can also trust Him with our spiritual needs. God has given us freedom through the salvation of Jesus Christ. He has sent the Holy Spirit to guide, comfort, and help us whenever and wherever we need. Because of Jesus, we have the Father as our Supplier, and all God’s gifts come to us through Him. By putting our faith in Him, we can enjoy God’s abundance. Have there been moments in your life where you've been the recipient—or the giver—of unexpected support? Reflect on these instances and consider them as encounters with Jesus' presence and love. Share your stories and join us in thanking Him for His unfailing presence and the unexpected blessings He brings our way.

The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand.

And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
Psalms 23:5
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
