1 Peter 1:21
1 Peter 1:21
Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
This verse affirms us that through faith in Jesus Christ, we have been born again to a living hope. He is our Savior and the source of our hope. This hope is not based on worldly things, but on His promise to save us and bring us into His eternal kingdom. He has purified us through His sacrifice on the cross, making us holy and blameless in His sight. Trust in the Lord and let His hope anchor you. Despite the fact that death was brought about by a man who sinned, the resurrection of the dead was also secured for everyone who would believe through a man who did not sin. By faith, all who are identified with Christ, by faith, will be made alive, just as our identity with Adam foretells death. God highly honored Him and gave Him a name above all names. At the mere mention of Jesus' name, every knee will bow, including those in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. No one will be exempt from acknowledging His supreme authority. Our faith in Christ rests on the Word of God for we trust the promises He has given, which are 'YES' and 'AMEN' in Christ.

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.

For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Luke 8:24
And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.
