Psalms 32:7
Psalms 32:7
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
The idea of safety and security is something that every person desires. In a world filled with danger and uncertainty, it's natural to seek out ways to protect ourselves. However, as believers, we have a greater source of security than any physical fortress or system. We have God. God's commitment to our safety and preservation is something to celebrate and be thankful for. We can trust in His total security, which covers every aspect of our lives. It's like hiding in an underground bunker but even more fortified. With God, we have nothing to fear. The assurance of preservation from physical and spiritual dangers is multidimensional in its operation. God preserves us from trouble and surrounds us with shouts of deliverance. When enemies hear these shouts from afar, they lose confidence to attack us. We have the freedom to make decisions and live our lives without being disturbed by any uncertainties concerning our preservation. We can trust in God's protection and know that He will never allow us to be fatally hurt. As we go about our daily lives, let's remember that we are surrounded by God's love and protection. No matter what dangers we may face, we can rest in the assurance that God has got us covered. Let's celebrate and be thankful for this amazing gift of security that we have in Him.
