Bebe's interpretation
If you’ve been trying to comprehend the dimensions of God’s kingdom, here it is: the kingdom of God consists of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Food and drink are good, but the spiritual supersedes the physical.
Does this mean there’s starvation of food and drink in the kingdom of God? Not at all. But as God's Word says, man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from God (Deuteronomy 8:3). So, when you want to experience God’s presence and all the possibilities tied to His kingdom, you must seek righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
It’s of great importance that we realize that the Holy Spirit is a vital component of this manifestation. Without the Holy Spirit, there can be no true righteousness, peace, or joy. It is only through the power of the Holy Spirit that we can truly experience the fullness of God's kingdom in our lives.
While food and drink nourish the body, righteousness, peace, and joy nourish the spirit. So, don't settle for mere physical comforts like food and drink. Instead, pursue the righteousness, peace, and joy that come from the Holy Spirit. These are the things that truly matter, the things that allow us to live in the fullness of God's kingdom. So go ahead and choose the Holy Spirit today – and discover the amazing world of God's kingdom that awaits you!
