1 John 2:25
1 John 2:25
And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.
The promise of eternal life is the greatest inheritance believers can receive. It is a promise made by God and guaranteed through the finished work of Christ. Eternal life is not just a future hope; it is a present reality for those who have placed their faith in Jesus. This inheritance is characterized by peace, joy, and the presence of God, and it is secured by the Holy Spirit. The assurance of eternal life allows believers to live with confidence and hope, knowing that no matter what trials they face, their future is secure in Christ. This inheritance is imperishable and unfading, and it gives believers the strength to endure life's challenges with the hope of a future where they will be with God forever.
Hebrews 11:10
For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
Galatians 3:26
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Romans 8:17
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ.
Galatians 3:29
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
