1 John 3:14
1 John 3:14
We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other.
This verse highlights the transformation that comes through salvation. Those who have passed from death to life are marked by their love for one another. Eternal life is not just about avoiding death but about living a life that reflects the character of God. When we experience the love of Christ, it compels us to love others. This transformation is a sign that we have truly embraced the gift of salvation. Eternal life is not just a future hope but a present reality that begins with the inner change that comes through faith in Christ. As we experience this transformation, we are called to live out the love that we have received, demonstrating that the life we have in Christ is not just for our benefit but for the benefit of those around us. This love is a testimony to the world that eternal life has already begun in us.
