But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

Bebe's interpretation
The beauty of a meek and quiet spirit is more valuable than external adornment. God esteems inner beauty, especially when it is marked by humility and gentleness. For both men and women, embracing a spirit of meekness allows us to reflect Christ’s character. This internal beauty far outweighs any external appearance, which can fade over time, while a gentle spirit remains eternally valuable. Living with meekness and humility brings a sense of peace and contentment, knowing that our worth is not found in the opinions of others or in outward appearances but in our relationship with God. Embracing this truth leads us to cultivate inner peace, focusing on nurturing virtues that reflect God’s heart and glorify Him in our relationships.
