Acts 2:21
Acts 2:21
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
The promise of salvation is extended to all who call upon God with genuine faith. This calling is a simple yet profound act of faith that transcends ritual or tradition; it is a personal appeal to God, grounded in trust and dependence. Salvation, as offered by God, is an assurance that no matter where we are or what we have done, His grace is sufficient to welcome us into His fold. This call is not about deserving salvation but about recognizing our need for divine guidance, redemption, and support. Through this act of calling on God, believers find hope, peace, and the assurance that they are saved, not by their own merits but by God’s boundless love. This relationship with God transforms lives, instilling hope in the hopeless, strength in the weak, and a sense of belonging in the lost. The open invitation to call on God reflects His desire to be close to us, to provide comfort, and to guide us towards a life of purpose and faith. Each person’s call is a step toward divine communion, where God’s mercy meets human vulnerability, offering a path that leads to eternal life and peace.
Mark 16:16
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
1 John 5:11
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
Mark 8:35
For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
