Colossians 3:10
Colossians 3:10
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him.
This verse emphasizes the renewal of the mind and the image of God in the believer. The “new man” is a spiritual transformation that takes place when we come to Christ. It is a continual process of growing in knowledge and understanding of God, which ultimately leads to being renewed in the image of Christ. This renewal is not only a change in behavior but a complete transformation of the mind, heart, and will. As we grow in knowledge, we are conformed more closely to the image of Christ, who is the perfect reflection of God’s character. This verse calls us to pursue spiritual growth through the study of God's Word and by seeking to live in alignment with His truth, allowing our thoughts and actions to reflect His holiness and love.
