Galatians 2:20
Galatians 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
In this verse, Paul expresses the profound transformation that comes from being united with Christ. To be "crucified with Christ" signifies the end of our old self, allowing Jesus to live through us. This truth is a powerful reminder of our identity in Christ, where our lives are no longer our own but are surrendered to Him. As we embrace this new identity, we find strength, purpose, and peace in knowing that Christ is at the center of our existence. The phrase "nevertheless I live" speaks to the paradox of Christian life—dying to self but truly living through Christ’s power. This verse calls us to let go of self-centered ambitions and to allow Christ’s love and character to flow through us. When we live with this awareness, we find that our actions, words, and thoughts reflect His grace and truth. This transformation brings a deeper sense of purpose, as we live not for ourselves but for the One who gave His life for us. In Christ, we find true freedom and fulfillment, as His presence shapes every aspect of our lives.
Esther 4:14
For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
Psalms 37:4
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Psalms 33:11
The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
Job 42:2
I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted.
