As leaders, we must honor those who have led us by continuing their work, passing on the torch to the next generation. We should also be mindful of the responsibility we have to lead with integrity and wisdom, as those who come after us will look to our example. Honoring leaders is about valuing their contributions and building upon the foundation they have laid for us.
