Isaiah 40:30
Isaiah 40:30
Even youths shall faint and be weary, but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength.
This verse speaks to the exhaustion and weariness that many teens experience, whether emotionally, physically, or spiritually. However, it also offers a word of hope: those who wait for the Lord will have their strength renewed. The process of waiting on God involves trust and dependence. Teens are often tempted to rely on their own strength, but this verse reminds us that true strength comes from God. In moments of weakness or discouragement, God promises to renew our strength. Whether facing the pressures of school, friendships, or personal challenges, God offers the strength and endurance needed to persevere. His strength is limitless, and He is always ready to help those who wait on Him.

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Ecclesiastes 11:9
Rejoice, O young man, in your youth, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth.
Psalms 119:9
Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
