Isaiah 65:22
Isaiah 65:22
For as the days of a tree, so will be the days of my people; my chosen ones will long enjoy the work of their hands.
Just as the days of a tree are marked by longevity and strength, so too are the days of God's people. In this verse, God promises that His chosen ones will enjoy the work of their hands for a long time, reflecting the blessing of stability and endurance. The image of the tree, with its roots deep in the soil, represents the believer’s life grounded in God’s promises. This verse speaks to the blessing of longevity, both in the physical and spiritual realms. It reminds us that when we remain rooted in God, we will experience lasting strength and blessing. The work we do in His name will not only endure but will also continue to bear fruit for generations to come. This promise assures us that as we remain faithful to God, He will establish and strengthen the work of our hands.

A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.
Hosea 14:6
His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.

You shall be like an oak whose leaf fades, and as a garden that has no water.
Matthew 7:19
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
