Jeremiah 24:7
Jeremiah 24:7
And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the Lord: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.
God's desire is for His people to know Him intimately, and this verse speaks to the covenant relationship He offers. God promises to give us a heart that knows Him, a heart that is in tune with His will and His purpose. This knowledge is not surface-level but deeply personal, as God desires to be in relationship with us. As we seek Him, we discover the depth of His love and faithfulness. This verse speaks to the foundational truth that we are not just servants but children of God, His chosen people. When we know God in this way, we experience true belonging, a sense of being held by His love. Our identity is secure in Him, and we are called to live as His people, reflecting His character in all we do.
1 Corinthians 8:3
If anyone loves God, he is known by God.
1 John 5:14
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
John 17:3
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Jeremiah 29:12
Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.
