Jeremiah 32:17
Jeremiah 32:17
Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm.
Jeremiah, in awe of God's greatness, acknowledges that it is only by God’s immense power that the heavens and earth were made. The stretching out of the heavens and the formation of the earth are not random or accidental—they are the deliberate work of a powerful and purposeful Creator. This verse invites us to reflect on the glory and majesty of the One who spoke everything into existence. The universe, in all its splendor, is a reflection of God’s infinite creativity and strength. As we contemplate God’s role as the Creator, we are reminded of His authority over all things. This awareness should lead us to a deeper sense of awe and reverence for God, and a renewed commitment to trust in His plan for our lives, knowing that He is in control of all things.
Daniel 3:17
Our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us.
Mark 9:25
And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him.
Psalms 93:4
The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
2 Corinthians 10:4
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.
