John 12:46
John 12:46
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
Jesus came into the world as the light of the world, offering a way out of the darkness for all who believe in Him. This verse speaks to the transformative power of faith. When we place our trust in Christ, we are no longer bound by the darkness of sin and separation from God. Instead, we are brought into His marvelous light. Believing in Christ means accepting His light into our hearts, allowing it to guide our steps, transform our lives, and lead us to salvation. This light is not just a metaphor but a practical reality in the lives of believers. It is through this light that we find clarity, purpose, and direction, walking in the hope that comes with knowing Christ. The light of Christ illuminates our lives, and through Him, we no longer have to walk in the shadows of doubt or despair.
Matthew 4:16
The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
Luke 1:79
To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
1 John 1:5
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
Daniel 2:22
He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.
