John 16:13
John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth.
The Spirit of truth, which guides us into all truth, is an essential presence in the life of a believer. This guidance is not just intellectual knowledge but spiritual insight that helps us live according to God's will. The Holy Spirit teaches us how to live in a way that reflects God’s truth and holiness. As we walk in the Spirit, we are led into deeper understanding and greater obedience to God’s word. The Spirit also reveals truth to us in times of confusion, providing clarity and direction when we need it most. This verse emphasizes that the Holy Spirit is not just a helper in times of need, but a constant guide who leads us to the truth that sets us free. By relying on the Spirit’s guidance, we are equipped to discern God’s will and to live lives that honor Him.
