Lamentations 3:25
Lamentations 3:25
The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.
Every trial, every moment of hardship, is an opportunity to grow in patience. Patience is the fruit of the Spirit, cultivated as we trust in God’s timing and rely on His strength to carry us through difficult times. It is easy to become discouraged when things aren’t happening as quickly as we would like, but patience teaches us to wait, not passively but with anticipation of what God will do. Through trials, we learn to endure with joy, knowing that suffering produces perseverance, and perseverance leads to hope. This hope is not just a wish but a confident assurance in God’s promises. When we face challenges, we can take comfort in knowing that God is using these moments to shape us and refine our character. Our patience through trials reveals our trust in God’s plan and His faithfulness to see us through. As we endure, we learn to rely on God more fully, and we grow in our ability to wait on Him with expectation and hope. The reward for our patience is not just the end of our struggles, but the peace and joy that come from trusting in God’s perfect plan.
2 Timothy 3:1
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
James 1:12
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
2 Timothy 2:3
Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
