Luke 12:42
Luke 12:42
And the Lord said, Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom his master will set over his household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time?
Faithfulness in leadership is a calling to steward God’s people with wisdom and integrity. Being a faithful and wise manager means understanding the needs of those under our care and providing for them in due time. This verse speaks to the importance of reliability, showing that God values leaders who serve with a heart for others. Worship becomes a place to seek guidance, asking for the wisdom to fulfill this role with humility. By choosing to lead with a servant’s heart, we reflect God’s love, creating an environment where others feel valued and cared for. This commitment to faithfulness builds trust, allowing us to guide others with confidence. Through this, we inspire others to pursue their own calling with dedication, showing that true leadership is about serving, not ruling. This role as a faithful steward is a reflection of God’s heart, demonstrating that He desires leaders who put the needs of others above their own. By embracing this responsibility, we become a testament to God’s love, inviting others to experience His care.
