Matthew 13:30
Matthew 13:30
Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds.
This verse is a reminder that God will eventually remove anything that He has not planted, ensuring that only what is good remains. The weeds that grow alongside the wheat represent things in our lives that do not align with God’s purpose for us. Whether in our health journey or in our spiritual walk, we may encounter things that hinder our progress—unhealthy habits, negative thoughts, or distractions. But God promises that He will remove those things that He did not plant in our lives, purging us of obstacles that prevent growth. Let this verse inspire us to trust God’s judgment, knowing that He will remove what is not beneficial for us. As we work toward our health goals, we can be confident that God will help us remove habits or attitudes that are detrimental, replacing them with life-giving practices that reflect His purpose for us. May we trust in His timing and care, allowing Him to lead us toward true growth and well-being.
Haggai 1:6
You have sown much, and harvested little. You eat, but you never have enough; you drink, but you never have.
Hosea 10:12
Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.
Hosea 2:12
I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, which she said were her wages.
Matthew 15:13
Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots.
