Proverbs 15:22
Proverbs 15:22
Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.
Leadership requires counsel and wisdom. This verse emphasizes the importance of seeking guidance from others, as plans often fail without it. Surrounding ourselves with wise advisers ensures that we make sound decisions and avoid mistakes. Leadership is not about acting alone but about gathering insight and wisdom from others. A good leader listens, learns, and seeks counsel before making decisions. By doing so, they increase their chances of success. As believers, we are called to seek God’s wisdom and the counsel of others, ensuring that our decisions align with His will and purpose for our lives.
