A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps.

A man may devise many plans, but ultimately it is the Lord who directs his steps. This highlights the importance of humility in our planning. We often make our own plans based on our desires and ambitions, yet God’s wisdom surpasses our understanding. His plan for us is perfect and sovereign, even when it doesn’t align with our own desires. Trusting in His direction means submitting to His wisdom, knowing that His ways are better than our own. We are reminded to seek God's guidance in everything we do, to pray for His direction, and to remain flexible in the face of change. When we acknowledge that it is God who ultimately directs our paths, we can walk with confidence, knowing that His purposes will always prevail.
