Proverbs 24:10
Proverbs 24:10
If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.
Adversity is an inevitable part of life, but it is not a sign of weakness; rather, it reveals where our strength truly lies. This verse calls us to persevere in times of adversity, recognizing that our strength can only be found in God. When we faint or give up in the face of difficulty, it reflects a lack of spiritual strength, which is cultivated through a deep trust in God. Perseverance in trials comes from relying on God’s strength and grace, rather than our own. This verse encourages us to endure and press on, knowing that God provides the strength we need to overcome. Faith in God is what sustains us through trials, enabling us to stand firm and remain steadfast. Through adversity, our faith and character are refined, and we become more equipped to handle future challenges.

Romans 8:18
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Psalms 55:22
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
