Proverbs 4:19
Proverbs 4:19
The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.
The way of the wicked is one of darkness, characterized by confusion, deception, and ignorance. The wicked may think they are walking in the light, but they are, in reality, stumbling in the darkness. This verse serves as a cautionary reminder that living apart from God leads to blindness and disorientation. The wicked do not see the consequences of their actions because they are spiritually blind. This blindness keeps them from understanding the truth and walking in the light of God's Word. As believers, we are called to be light in the darkness, showing others the way to God through our lives and witness. This verse emphasizes the importance of walking in the light of Christ and not being led astray by the deceptive ways of the world. It calls us to be vigilant in our faith, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Light of the World, who leads us out of darkness and into His marvelous light.

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.
