Proverbs 8:13
Proverbs 8:13
The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
arrogance, pride and arrogance often lead to sinful behavior and distorted speech. When we allow arrogance, pride to dominate our hearts, our actions and words reflect that inner arrogance. arrogance, pride blinds us to the truth, leading us to act in ways that are harmful to ourselves and others. This behavior can range from destructive speech, which tears others down, to actions that disregard the needs and feelings of those around us. God calls us to a higher standard, where our behavior is shaped by wisdom and humility rather than arrogance, pride. A wise heart does not look down on others but recognizes the dignity in all people. This type of wisdom leads to a transformation in both our actions and words. As we rid ourselves of arrogance, pride, we begin to speak with grace and act with integrity, reflecting God's character in all we do. Wisdom teaches us that arrogance, pride ultimately leads to destruction, but humility leads to righteousness and peace. We are called to abandon arrogance, pride, allowing wisdom to guide us in every aspect of our lives.
Psalm 138:6
Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
Proverbs 16:18

Proverbs 27:1

Proverbs 26:12
