Proverbs 9:9
Proverbs 9:9
Instruct the wise and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous and they will add to their learning.
Instruction is key to growing in wisdom, and as leaders, we are called to teach others in a way that promotes learning and growth. This verse encourages us to instruct those who are wise, helping them to become even wiser. As we teach the righteous, we enable them to deepen their understanding and further enrich their lives. Leadership involves both learning and teaching, as we grow in wisdom while also passing that wisdom on to others. The righteous are always ready to learn, and as leaders, we must cultivate an environment where learning is encouraged. In doing so, we lead others toward greater knowledge of God’s will. Wisdom is not a destination but a journey, one that we continue to walk as we teach and learn together. Through teaching, we help others to add to their understanding, strengthening their walk with God and growing in righteousness.

Proverbs 10:30
The righteous will never be uprooted, but the wicked will not remain in the land.
