Psalm 138:3
Psalm 138:3
In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
The comfort of knowing that God hears our cries and responds is deeply reassuring. This verse reflects an intimate relationship with God, one in which He is not distant but attentive and responsive to our needs. In moments of despair, when words fail and only the heart’s cry remains, God answers with a strength that fills our soul. This response is not a mere acknowledgment but a strengthening that fortifies us from within. It shows that God’s help goes beyond surface relief, providing a profound resilience in our inner being. Each answered prayer, each moment of divine support, becomes a source of strength that empowers us to face our challenges. God’s strength infuses our spirits, helping us rise above fear and adversity. This verse reminds us that we are heard and loved by a God who strengthens us, turning our cries into sources of renewed courage and confidence.
