Psalm 40:8
Psalm 40:8
I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.
Delighting in God’s will is a beautiful expression of trust and devotion. When His law is inscribed within our hearts, obedience becomes a joy rather than a burden. This inner transformation reflects a heart that has fully surrendered to God, prioritizing His desires above all else. Living out His will means that we are not merely following rules, but embracing a way of life that brings peace, purpose, and fulfillment. God’s law within us guides our thoughts and actions, shaping us to reflect His character. In a world full of distractions, holding God’s law close keeps us grounded in truth and enables us to find true joy in aligning with His purpose. This deep-rooted love for God’s will strengthens us, making us resilient and steadfast in faith, even in difficult times. Such devotion not only pleases God but also fills us with a profound sense of joy and contentment, knowing that our lives are in harmony with His perfect will.
John 14:15

1 Peter 2:21
For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
1 John 3:22
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
Ecclesiastes 12:13
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
