Psalms 119:66

Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.

Psalm 119:66 says, “Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.” This prayer from the psalmist reflects a deep desire for both wisdom and understanding that comes from a relationship with God. Good judgment and knowledge are essential in living out God's commands. Without them, we can easily make poor decisions or misunderstand God's will. The psalmist acknowledges that belief in God’s commandments must be accompanied by a pursuit of deeper understanding.
