Psalms 139:15
Psalms 139:15
My substance was not hid from thee when I was made in secret and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
This verse brings forth the mystery and beauty of life’s origin, acknowledging that God’s knowledge of us existed even in the 'secret' and hidden stages of our development. The phrase 'curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth' poetically conveys the intricate process of our formation, a process known only to the Creator. This understanding inspires awe, recognizing that every aspect of our being, even those unseen, was deliberately crafted by God. It is a reminder of the sacredness of life and the divine care invested in each human being. This verse calls us to acknowledge the wonder of our existence, encouraging us to approach life with reverence. It invites us to reflect on the depths of God’s knowledge and care, which extends beyond what is visible, revealing a Creator who is deeply involved in every part of our lives, seen and unseen.
