Psalms 22:26
Psalms 22:26
The meek shall eat and be satisfied.
The meek, those who submit to God's will and live in humility, will be filled and satisfied. Meekness doesn’t mean being passive or weak; rather, it is strength under control. Meek individuals are not driven by selfish desires but by a desire to live according to God’s will. The promise that the meek will be satisfied is a reflection of God’s faithfulness to provide for those who trust in Him. When we humble ourselves before God, He fills our hearts with peace, joy, and fulfillment. This verse encourages us to embrace humility, recognizing that satisfaction comes not from achieving our own ambitions but from following God's plan for our lives. In this submission to His will, we find contentment that surpasses worldly understanding.
