Psalms 35:9
Psalms 35:9
My soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
The psalmist expresses profound joy in the salvation that God provides. Salvation is the ultimate cause for celebration, as it represents deliverance from sin, reconciliation with God, and the hope of eternal life. This joy is not fleeting but anchored in the eternal security that comes from being saved by God’s grace. The believer's heart overflows with gratitude, knowing that their salvation is not of their own doing but a gift from God. This verse encourages us to rejoice continually in the salvation we have received, to reflect on the magnitude of God’s grace, and to let our hearts be filled with praise for the One who has rescued us.
Psalms 19:10
And the statutes, commandments, and judgments of the LORD are more to be desired than gold, yea, than much fine gold.

Isaiah 58:14
Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Psalms 64:10
The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
