Psalms 57:1
Psalms 57:1
Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me, for my soul trusteth in thee.
Trusting in divine mercy is a source of strength, especially in times of need. This trust allows us to live with a heart that is open to forgiveness, a heart that values peace over conflict. By choosing to rely on mercy, we experience a life of grace, a life that reflects our understanding of compassion. Each act of forgiveness becomes a reflection of a heart that values healing and reconciliation, a heart that seeks to build connections rather than sever them. This journey of trust and mercy transforms us, creating a foundation of peace that sustains us. By choosing to live with a heart that is open to forgiveness, we inspire others to embrace a life of empathy and understanding. This commitment to trust is a powerful witness, showing that true strength is found in a life that values kindness and compassion, a life that reflects the love we have received.
Matthew 6:14
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
Luke 6:29
And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.
Luke 17:4
And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
Matthew 18:15
Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
