Psalms 66:7
Psalms 66:7
He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations; let not the rebellious exalt themselves.
This verse speaks to the unshakable rule of God, whose power governs every corner of creation. His reign is eternal, and no force of rebellion can stand against His will. He watches over the nations with a keen, all-seeing eye, ensuring that His plans are accomplished despite human opposition. Those who oppose Him, who rebel against His ways, may temporarily seem to triumph, but they are powerless in the face of the Almighty. This verse is a reminder that, despite the chaos and turbulence of our world, God is still in control. He is not taken by surprise by events or circumstances, and His ultimate purpose will prevail. As believers, we are called to trust in His sovereignty and find comfort in knowing that no matter how the world may seem, God's rule remains unchallenged, and His justice will eventually prevail.
