Romans 14:10
Romans 14:10
Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before God’s judgment.
The call to refrain from judging others invites us to examine our own hearts before casting judgment on those around us. This perspective teaches us humility, reminding us that each person has their own journey, filled with struggles and challenges we may not fully understand. By choosing not to pass judgment, we open ourselves to a deeper compassion, seeing others through a lens of empathy rather than criticism. This approach encourages us to focus on our own growth, acknowledging that true wisdom comes from self-reflection rather than pointing out the flaws in others. Let us embrace a spirit of humility, recognizing that only a higher authority truly understands the hearts of individuals. As we choose understanding over judgment, we create a community that values love, respect, and mutual support. May we be inspired to lift others up rather than tear them down, living a life that reflects kindness, forgiveness, and a commitment to personal integrity.
John 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
James 4:11
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Romans 14:13
Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block in their way.
Psalm 11:5
The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked, those who love violence, he hates with a passion.
