Romans 3:20
Romans 3:20
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
The law reveals the knowledge of sin and leads us to a deeper understanding of our need for grace. This verse highlights the role of God’s law in convicting us of sin, pointing us to our Savior. As leaders, we must recognize the power of God’s law in bringing awareness of sin, and in turn, lead others to repentance and forgiveness. The law is not meant to condemn but to reveal our need for a Savior. Through the law, we come to understand the holiness of God and our inability to meet His perfect standards on our own. But this understanding also points us toward grace, showing us the way to salvation through Christ. Leadership involves guiding others toward God’s mercy, helping them see their need for forgiveness and encouraging them to live according to God’s truth.
Psalms 119:33

Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
Deuteronomy 4:13
And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.
James 2:10
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
