10 mins a day, closer to God.
To achieve perfection in life, we should acknowledge the Lord in all our endeavors. In addition to providing us with guidance, He would also remove obstacles from our path. Whenever we need to plan our days, the apostle James advises us to consult the will of the Lord. It is already difficult to live, and it becomes even more difficult when one makes foolish decisions. The key to avoiding additional struggles is to follow God's plan and His will. Our paths will become straight as we acknowledge God in all our ways. His advice may come from other Christians or from a verse of Scripture. As we keep our eyes on Him, He may permit His inner peace to flood our hearts and minds. He may allow converging circumstances to lead to the right conclusion, and He may take time to make our path straight, or He may direct our path instantly. It is essential that we acknowledge God in everything we do, in all aspects of our lives, if we wish for God to make our path straight. No matter what way we choose, once our love for Him becomes our single and central longing, we will find Him leading, directing, and communing with us in love.
Dear Heavenly Father, I love You so much that I want to acknowledge You in every way possible. In all my life's decisions, I am blessed to have You with me to guide and direct me. Please allow me to acknowledge You not only in difficult times but in all situations of my life. At all times and in all circumstances, I pray that my heart will always be fixed firmly on Jesus. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.
Psalms 143:8
Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk.
Psalms 37:23
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
Psalms 119:105
NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Psalms 107:7
And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
