There are times in all of our lives when we are tired. We all get to the point of burnout or exhaustion where we just feel like we can’t go on anymore. It’s hard to figure out how to keep moving forward in those times.
With God, there is always strength to be had. Even if you feel like you can’t take another step, the Lord’s strength is waiting for you when you call upon His Name. When you wait upon the LORD and trust Him for all things in your life, your strength will never fail. You may feel physically weak or tired, but spiritually, you will be made alive day by day.
As you start a new year, remember this truth. You may be tired from the year that has passed, but God’s strength is new for you as you walk into a fresh year. Lean upon His strength in this time and spend time with Him, hearing what He has to say about the year ahead. With God, you will not grow weary. Instead, you will run into what He has called you to do and accomplish it.

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for the strength that You have made available to me. Thank You that even when I am weak, You are strong. Even when I am tired and exhausted, Your strength never fails. Provide me with this strength as I enter a new year of my life, and make my paths clear to me as to where You want me to go to fulfill Your will on this earth. Help me to be more like Your Son and to depend on You in all things.
