10 mins a day, closer to God.
When man sinned, the greatest disaster was losing the privilege of accessing God’s glory without hindrance. What the Lord Jesus came for was to reinstitute the path to experiencing the glory of God again through the channel of the Spirit. This is the unveiled approach to seeing God. Every other way after the fall of man until eternity will never show man the true, holy glory of God. Now, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. How does that happen? By the entrance of the Holy Spirit. This gives that person access to God because only the Spirit of God can make this possible. Formerly, only a few people were given this privilege to have the Spirit at certain periods and have a fruitful fellowship with God. But in these last days, as many that receive Him will be given the power to become the sons of God. (John 1:12). This power is the power to walk with God and put the body of sin under subjection. It is the power to seek God and find Him. It is the power to behold Him in His glory and splendor and be transformed into superior versions that step closer to the perfection of God. The Spirit of God will empower us to seek Him daily in prayer, worship, studying the word, and living out the will of God. However, we must be ready to succumb to His nudge when we feel His invitation to behold His glorious splendor.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me the Holy Spirit to help me on the journey of holiness and righteousness. I thank You that You have made great power available through the instrument of the Holy Spirit in me so that I may walk with You in spirit and truth. Teach me to pray, study Your word, fellowship with You, and also to live and express Christ to my world every day. Help me, Father, and make my walk with You one of progressive increase and true growth as I desire to know You better. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.
Psalms 104:31
The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.
Jude 1:24
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
Hebrews 3:3
For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.
Galatians 6:14
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
