10 mins a day, closer to God.
This verse states that as we abide in God, we can have confidence on the day of judgment, for we are made like Christ in this world. This verse emphasizes the importance of our relationship with God and how it affects our lives. Knowing that we are made like Christ in this world, we can rest assured that we have been chosen by God and have a purpose to fulfill. Our confidence is not based on our own abilities, but rather on our identity in Christ. We can walk in His footsteps, imitating His love and compassion, knowing that we are being transformed into His likeness day by day. As we continue to abide in God, we can also find peace and strength to face the trials and challenges of life. We are not alone in our struggles, for God is with us every step of the way. We can have faith that He will work all things for our good, even the difficult and painful experiences. This knowledge gives us the courage to persevere, to trust in His plan, and to overcome any obstacle that may come our way.
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your perfect love that casts out all fear. I pray that Your love would be perfected in me so that I may have confidence on the day of judgment. Help me to abide in You so that Your love may flow through me to others. Strengthen me to walk in obedience to Your commands, knowing that Your love has been poured into my heart through the Holy Spirit. May Your love be evident in my life as I seek to love others with the same love with which You have loved me. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.

And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
