In our daily lives, we are faced with many choices. Some of these choices are easy and have little impact on our lives, while others require sacrifice and may have a significant impact on our future. It is important to remember that the choices we make affect not only ourselves but also those around us. As Proverbs 10:1 reminds us, our actions can bring joy or grief to our loved ones. God desires for us to live a life that is pleasing to Him. This may require us to let go of things that are important to us or to make sacrifices for the greater good. We must trust that God has a plan for our lives and that His plan is always for our good. It is not always easy to make the right choices, especially when those choices require sacrifice and letting go of things that are important to us. However, when we choose to follow God and make wise decisions, we bring joy to our Heavenly Father. Let us strive to be wise sons and daughters who bring joy to our Heavenly Father. May we always remember that our choices affect not only ourselves but those around us as well.
Dear Heavenly Father, I realize that sometimes I need to let go of things that are dear to me in order to achieve greater things in life. Help me to trust in Your plans for my life, and give me the courage and wisdom to make the necessary sacrifices for the sake of Your kingdom. I pray that You would help me to let go of my own desires and plans and instead seek Your will and purpose for my life. Thank You for Your unfailing love and for always providing for me. I trust in You, Lord. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.

Joshua 2:18
Behold, when we come into the land, thou shalt bind this line of scarlet thread in the window which thou didst let us down by: and thou shalt bring thy father, and thy mother, and thy brethren, and all thy father's household, home unto thee.
Ruth 1:16
And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:.
