The heart is the most vital part of our body to keep us alive. It sends blood to every part of our body so that we can think, move, see, hear, feel, smell, and taste. It never stops working, from the very beginning of our life to the end. To have a strong heart, we not only need physical exercise but also spiritual strength. Just as the roots of a tree sink deeply into the ground in search of nutrients and stability, so does the love of Christ nourish and stabilize the believer. Every person is searching for love, and this search can lead to the worst of behavior at times. But the believer rooted in Christ's love has an endless supply of nourishment; they are perpetually blessed with love. A person rooted in Christ's love can walk through a drought of earthly love but still remain fruitful and alive because of a secret love deep below the surface - the love of Christ. Do you have room for Christ in your heart? If not, start now. Let him be the foundation of your heart, and let his love flow through your body. Let the Holy Spirit guide your heart to do what pleases the Lord.
Dear Heavenly Father, fill my heart with Your love and be the foundation of my life. Your love is immeasurable and powerful. I know I can overcome anything with Your love in my heart. I pray You give me strength to stay firm in my faith and stay close to You. Help me become more deeply rooted in Your Word and established in the love of Christ. Help me share Your amazing love with the people around me. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.

1 John 4:20
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
1 Corinthians 13:6
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
